國立公共資訊圖書館於4月8日邀請DAAD德國學術交流資訊中心金郁夫主任擔任講師，整體性介紹德國高等教育學制、提供學校申請流程與獎學金申請方式等實用資訊，並進行現場諮詢服務。歡迎有志赴德國留學的學生和一般大眾報名參加。
